Keeping a journal through out your journey of being an Occupational Therapy student out on clinical placement is a wise idea. It allows you to be able to look back on all of the learning, challenges and obstacles you have had to overcome from your three years as a student before we take on the “real world”. The learning that has been done over the three years is shown in these journals and is a great learning tool to be used in the future when reflecting on past experiences.
